Turing Centenary Celebration at RSC Calicut
Regional Science Centre, Calicut at Kerala, India will be celebrating "TuringCentenaryYear 2012" with a one day conference. The conference will consist of four invited talks by subject experts as detailed below. Further there will be an open digital art contest and one open online quiz contest on Alan Turing's life and works. The details of the contest will be made public through local press and institute's website.

Open digital art contest
Theme: The Information Technology and Society
Elegibility: ANY ONE
The participant has to develop a digital art on the above theme and submit the same on the PSD format by email to turingclt2012@gmail.com latest by 11.12.2012. . This will be evaluated and the best will be awarded on the conference day (12.12.2012).
Please Nore:
> The art has to be original and innovative
> The art should not have been previously submitted for any other competition of similar kind
> The art should not be copy righted
> The decision of the RSC, Calicut authorities is final in all regards
> The art works may be published by RSC Calicut digitally
